Hm, im fairly certain i used the same email but i haven’t got my badge. Might be because it’s a legacy account or something.

oh god everything is broken now i tried to log out and i can only stay logged in for 30 seconds at a time

ok i went to the access checker page, tried logging in again, and it’s stuck the log in this time. No idea what made that a thing but yeah.

Yes. For anyone who doesn’t see their support badge, check your preferences menu to see if it’s selectable there. It never hurts to check if you haven’t already tried.

Had a minor panic when I thought my email address wasn’t working, because I definitely used the same account. Then I noticed that gmail.com (that I used on kickstarter) is treated separately to googlemail.com (that I used here).

So I added the gmail version and now have access, but still waiting on my badge! Good luck @INovaeKeith!
