I don’t see what your point is here, @Redrick.

Steam did “Greenlight” where community could vote for indie studios to be put on the store.
Being on Steam merely means that Valve agrees to put you on their store and while you’re assured to be seen there and occasionnally put you on the front store, they cut some dividend on your sales.

Being an indie studio and being on steam are not incompatible.

Are you talking about releasing the final product on Steam? or Steam Early Access?

It’s ok @Redrick, your question is fair. INovae is not financed by any big editor like Ubisoft or Sony, so it is a truely “independant” studio :wink:

Even if it goes on Steam, the game will be available on the studio’s site, and probably for cheaper than what Steam will be selling.
