A good BBC Click tech show this week. If your able to access it. hint (connect to UK vpn [tunnelbear], then create a BBC account using some temp email - they do not validate emails at the moment so its easy to do. Use a London post code [zip code])
In Russia, the law on the blocking of anonymizers and VPN came into force on November 1, 2017
That sucks for people of Russia. Such terrible censorship. I cannot ever see that happening here in the UK.

I think everyone here does a pretty good job of abstaining from politics on this forum. Iām going to intentionally break that unspoken rule to mention Net Neutrality for the US citizens here. I assume pretty much everyone here knows what net neutrality entails but if you donāt, hereās a quick rundown by total biscuit which I think is pretty good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K88BU3kjZ-c
The FCC votes on revoking the net neutrality rules we have in place on December 14th and the only thing we can do to stop it is to contact our representatives and complain. If you donāt want to have to pay extra for the āgaming packageā to play Battlescape or any of your other favorite games without issues, please complain in some shape or form!
An easy way is at https://www.battleforthenet.com/ where you can call your rep and they even provide a script if you donāt have a strongly worded letter for them already. If you have a preferred way of contacting your reps then that works too.
Please please please donāt forget to speak up about this. This is a non-partisan issue that everyone can get behind. We can stop this.
Edit: Texting āresistā to 50409 also allows you to send a physical fax to your representative. This forces them to send a physical response back to you. You can do this every day and the more trouble we make for this the better.

Firefox users who got caught up in recent support drop for legacy plugins. 
Donāt despair. 
Go and grab yourself a Pale moon browser. 
(it is essentially old firefox but updated)
Just copy your profile folder into a pale moon profile and voila most of it is there bookmarks/addons almost all of it works(might require some tweaking and restart)ā¦and it looks like old firefox without all the junk ā¦so you donāt even need classic theme restorer.
Everything bad is good for something.
