Just bought the game today and I downloaded the launcher and am trying to download the game. About halfway through, the download just stops and fails. Any idea why?

This appears to be an issue of unknown origin that a small subset of our users experiences. It’s really quite baffling as our download is coming from one of our CDN’s. You have 2 options. First, you can join our Discord channel whenever you have a moment and I can send you a special build that will write extra information out to a log. Second, you can link your Steam account if you have one and play the game through Steam - just be aware that if you link your Steam account the game becomes non-refundable. I’m terribly sorry for the inconvenience and let me know which you path you choose to take.
