Negative feedback can be constructive at times, but it can really build up and have a substantially negative impact on one’s own mental health.

You really shouldn’t put yourself into a position where your mental health is on the line, if your function in the company does that maybe you should consider helping INS in some other way. Community management is a front-line and you will always be confronted with criticism in that position, it’s not something everyone can handle.
