Was planning to attend, however currently broken direct control mode means i can not fly the Interceptor 10m without getting killed. Normally i would switch to big ships but credits now reset and i need the Inty to gain Credits… gonna try and see if i can just harvest some credits passive in /ghost…
Information for our Second Alpha Community Gathering
I’ll also schedule future events more advance warning, so we can get more players online. Please let me know if you have a preferred time, or if this time works well enough (it can be tough to co-ordinate with such a global community)
I-Novae Community Event
Saturday, July 28th 2018 : Alpha Community Gathering No.2
Event Time… 19:00 Saturday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)
World time Buddy Event http://bit.ly/2LSuEbz
We’ll likely be online for a few hours, but I’d encourage everyone to get online near the start of the event, so we can push those concurrent player numbers up.
I’ll likely stream during the event, although it should take the form of a “Gameplay format” more than “Feature tour” format.
Saturday, October 6th 2018 : Alpha Community Gathering No.3

World time Buddy Event : http://bit.ly/2N6njVp
We’ll likely be online for a few hours, but I’d encourage everyone to get online near the start of the event, so we can push those concurrent player numbers up.
Balance the teams more this time around, as we’ll have larger server population for the weekend.
With a larger server polulation we can test some of the larger gameplay dynamics, especially between attacker and defender.
Then, when we can afford carriers, test out the mobile spawn mechanics, repair / rearm, get some rough support / squad based play happening, defend, attack, etc.
We are likely to stream a portion of the event on the I-Novae YouTube channel
If you don’t yet have access to the Beta, you can pledge via the www.inovaestudios.com/battlescape page, or upgrade your pledge via your I-Novae Account settings page, under “products”

Saturday, February 9th 2019 : Beta Weekend No.2
Event Time… 20:00 Saturday, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)
World time Buddy Event : http://bit.ly/2MQGfJn
We’ll stream for 2 hours, and get in game throughout the weekend.
This event will coincide with the first Beta Patch, Ship controls, collision meshes, visual FX, Ship Materials, gameplay systems, new weapons, and more… So we’ll review the latest updates.
Test systems added or changed in the patch, and get some PvP gameplay going.
Going to cover the updates on stream first, then explore gameplay for 1-2 hours live
For me that’s a 12 noon start time, so it’s likely only workable for people in North America. For people that work Mondays in Europe it’s probably the worst time possible.
Do not be a madman and do not organise on a Sunday, even super late Saturday is fine as you can pull nearly an all-nighter and just recover on Sunday before the hell that is work on Monday.
