Nonono sorry that's a misunderstanding. We are talking about the launch abort capabilities of the dragon v2 capsule. The capsule designed to carry accidents. The reason this has become is an issue is due to the last minute loading of propellant of the super chilled lox, the astronauts have to already be in the capsule during fueling. People are worried that it is unsafe for the astronauts. Musk was trying to reassure people that it is safe. I say probably safe because it's dependent on the system reading the sensors and not creating false positives...or not detecting an anomaly in the first place.
Satellites as payloads do not have an abort capability
