The original caracter’s lore is a fire elemental that escaped and lives in consumed and burned human body.
The developpers created a legendary skin, which is this one : a (civilian in a suit) zombie with some green fires around him.
So … true, it is not a basic skin and yes, he is ostensibly angry (but mostly hungry ), quite (un)dead and ready to give a flame concerto

Mother tongue, native tongue and native language are all the same. The first may sound a little old but is still commonly used; the last one is usually heard.
