Missing Joystick support

Hello all.
I just installed the latest patch but the input menu including Keyboard mapping at the launcher screen have disappeared, therefore unable to configure.
Am I doing something wrong?

The control setup is now in-game in the options menu.

Ah, Thanks but now I have uninstalled game It won’t reinstall.
