I played a bit in beta but stopped due to work. logged back on and it seems like the game may be dead. Anyone still play this?

Yes. Player count is low, but activity is present. Discord is where most of it is right now.

In fact, there is an event scheduled for next weekend (June 5th) to try out beta branch for a limited time for feedback on gameplay revamp idea.

Also, recent streams and not as recent videos are available on Twitch and YouTube.
