I installed the launcher and when I open it nothing happens , it only says do I want to uninstall the launcher.

how do I start the game?

Seems like you are trying to launch the installer again. (most likely you put it to a desktop and was installing from there haven’t you?)
Try to find new icon on you desktop for the infinity Battlescape, Or look for new program entry in Start menu.

I found it in my start menu, its downloading.

i have a related problem. when i click upgrade it says downloading package but there’s no progress
