Connecting Kickstarter/Infinity accounts

Hi,

I assumed that my kickstarter account would be carried over to here with my pledge but I see this isnt the case. Are we still waiting for migration details?

Migration details have been mentioned previously in some of our Kickstarter updates. To summarize if you created your I-Novae account with the same email address you used to pledge on Kickstarter then you’re all set, your account has already been migrated. Seeing that you just joined 14 minutes ago (as of this writing) it will take up to 24 hours before you receive your forum badge and if you want your title to show up you’ll have to enable it in your profile settings. If you pledged our Kickstarter using a different email address than the one you used to register your I-Novae account then you will need to add that email address to your account via https://inovaestudios.com/Account/AddEmail. After your email is verified your pledge will be linked and once again it will take up to 24 hours for you to receive your forum badge. Please let us know if you run into any problems!

I have read those details and my email is the same as kickstarter. It still says that I have no pledge rights. I put 150 bones to this game in KS. Is there something else I should try?

Sometimes it just takes some time. When I updated my email I think it was pretty swift within 5 or 10 minutes, but sometimes patience is the best path :slightly_smiling:

I sent you an email that should answer your questions. To summarize for anyone visiting this thread you can view your account access rights for the game here: https://inovaestudios.com/Battlescape/Access

If you see a red NEGATIVE on the top of the page that means you can’t (currently) play the game due to your current pledge level. If you have green text below, such as Planetary Supporter, that means your pledge is linked and you will have access to the game once it becomes available to your pledge tier.
