If I donated $20 to the kickstarter, how much time do I have to upgrade to a higher tier, such as January Builds?

To dev tier? I believe you have until Alpha takes over to donate and become a dev tier player.

At least until the midway point between now and the start of alpha.

Which should start somewhere this summer, so you’ve got quite some time
(are we playing the “one sentence story” now? :smiley:)
