I do wonder about that.
You got me. martindevans has been kicked from the game for editing his posts
I always did wonder about that. Because the GM wasn’t ever excluded from that rule. But jokes aside, THE GAME MUST GO ON!
Being a little slow with things, Ovog realizes evedybody is suddenly shifting the blame to him, so he fastly jumps on another bandwagon to save his skin
“I Belive King Cosmos is the one who shafted Flavien!” He Screamed and pointed the finger; when all that was resolved, he chose to continue ahead, along Redwater.
Borkis changed his vote to Ovog for inactivity, but not before also switching his vote to cybercritic a post behind then. Borkis does not like being accused for that which he is not doing.
After breakfast the passengers argued until lunchtime about the murder. Accusations were thrown back and forth, several small fights broke out and had to be broken up by other passengers. Eventually King_Cosmos stomped across the dining car to the armchair where Ovog had been sleeping most of the day, grabbed a nearby drink and threw it in Ovog’s face. As Ovog leapt to his feet, King_Cosmos grabbed him and shoved him into the middle of the crowd “Look at this guy, sleeping away all day hoping to go unnoticed! Obviously he was so busy murdering Flavien last night he didn’t get enough sleep!”. Murmurs of agreement went around the room and Ovog, now coming to his senses, began backing away.
Ovog shouted in pain and took another step, backing up against a window, as Enginish stabbed him in the arm with a fork. “Out the window with him! Let’s throw him down the chasm to join Flavien!” The rest of the mob charged forward, beating and battering Ovog as they forced him backwards out of the window. The room fell silent as they listened to his screams, getting quieter and quieter as he plummeted to the depths…
It Is Now Nighttime
Ovog has been lynched
Day will start in 24 hours, if you have a nighttime role please submit your votes by replying to your role PM
The conductor was the first to wake up in the morning, there was always a lot of work to do coordinating the preparations for breakfast. He strode out of his room and began his morning inspection, beginning with rousing the staff in the rearmost carriage and working his way forwards to the engine to get a progress update from the driver. He whistled quietly as he strode down the train past the sleeping carriages, knocking on doors to rouse the passengers. When he got to the fourth door, the room of a Mr LyskTrevise, there was no response. He knocked a little harder… still no response. He pulled out his master key and unlocked the door.
The passengers came running down the train, some half dressed and some still in night clothes, and crowded into the space around room number four where the conductor was sitting on the floor in shock. The few nearest the room glanced in and shouted in horror; LyskTrevise had been murdered! His body was covered in bite marks - huge bite marks of a beast not a human.

About time!
Borkis is troubled by Lysk’s death. Borkis must thing about what this means.
Borkis thinks this may be a bad idea. Pm Borkis if you’re interested in trading. Borkis has a testube for sale, he wonders what that could be used for.
Borkis votes for Cise
well this is quite the doozy.
The whole time I have been on this train I have been silent, just watching and listening to what everyone has said. The first day on the train when I came upon everyone attacking Ovog I did nothing - just stood off to the side and watched. If I spoke up said something would he still be alive today. Now there was another death by night, Mr. LyskTrevise. I heard he was a very skillful at what he does. What a shame. I must be on watch even more so now. Who can one trust aboard this train?
I guess there’s no item list? How does this work, do we suggest items, can i have a wolf detector or a silver bullet or something?
uhm, Maenas pass does not look very pleasant, perhaps we should just stay at Redwater? Then again, there is bound to be more interesting things as we progress. Maenas Pass
“Quite the turn of events don’t you think my fellow men? That would make one disappearance, and two murders, although some of you bastards might think that it was one murder and one lynch. But it’s murder, because something was allowed to kill another one of us in the night. So killing in the fit of rage and hysteria yet again today will not bode well, I suggest you keep your thoughts to yourself on who did this till you’ve some proof.” Kreydis would state as he prepares for the coming meal regardless of the deaths.
“So if any of you are a renown or would be detective, I’d much appreciate it if you would kindly explain how such a beast got on this train, let alone how it got and left a locked room.” He would mutter towards the eating passengers, “Pass the butter please.”
“Oh and if anyone cares to take a stroll with me through the market, feel free to keep me company. We might learn something about each other before another person gets to sleep forever. After my trip however, I highly expect that we be on our way towards our destination, with the sad but humble crawl through Maenas Pass.” He says as he spits bits and pieces of pancake in front of him.
I will vote for us to stay at Redwater for now. If the market place won’t turn out to be that impressive I will change my vote later. And I will monitor the discussion further before voting anyone.
Redwater
I’m on a cellphone and it seems I only managed to make it italic in the previous post…
I didn’t receive many trading requests over night, so I guess I should be a little more clear about how this works. You may buy any reasonable item from town. Something like a wolf detector someone mentioned above is not available, because there is no such thing! A more reasonable idea might be to buy climbing equipment to descend stonesmile canyon (doing this will reveal the canyon is too deep).
Yesterday after Flavien went missing Lomsor joined the discussion for an hour, but then went back into his cabin, he hoped for it to only have been an accident and continued the work on the plans for his newest invention he wanted to start testing once back in the east. When he decided to take a break he only noticed it has been more then a day … he must have dozed of on his chair … the noise of a moving train can be quite soothing to some.
Sadly … only bad news awaited him outside. Two more people dead.
I’m quite sure Ovog was a human. But first day Lynches have a low chance of hitting a wolf anyway.
I vote to continue our journey to Maenas Pass. There must be something in the next stations that can help us to ether identify or otherwise help us against the wolves.
My vote goes to Lucas Fin. Yesterday he started the vote pile on Arkenbrien and today he votes for our train to not advance. I don’t see how staying here for another day will help us against the wolves. Sure there isn’t anything helping them either but I think we should move forward. I also don’t see how the marketplace can change from one to another day. And also even if it turns out to be impressive, how staying one additional day is of any use. If people want to trade they may as well do it today.
I want the big CHOOCHOO to GO!
Using my Telescope I can see Maenas Pass from here!
Working a good majority of today. I’ll post my thoughts when I get off (8-9 hours from now)
Topper politely suggests that with murders happening on the train it would be wise to get to our destination as quick as possible. That only seems to be through Maenas Pass at this time.
No lynch vote for now.
