How to now claim if backed long time ago on kickstarter

Hi,

How do I claim my reward for Infinity: Battlescape ?

I backed at the 20 dollar level on kickstarter a number of years ago and may have perhaps missed some claiming tool or email ?

I hear we are to start to have access soon.

I tried to contact you via the contact button on the I-Novae site but that did not work.

Q. What should I do to download the game ?

A. You must create an I-Novae account with the same e-mail than you used on Kickstarter or IndieGoGo. You can verify that your pledges are correctly detected on this page:

However, your access will stay negative until we launch the asteroid backer week-end on the 30th of August at 19:00 UTC. At that time, a download button will appear at the top of the main Battlescape page:

Q. I already have an I-Novae account but it uses a different e-mail address than the one I used for pledging, what do I do ?

A. You can add a secondary e-mail address to your I-Novae account settings:

Q. I changed my e-mail on Kickstarter / IndieGoGo since I pledged in 2015. How do I use my new e-mail address ?

A. There is currently no automatic way to do this, as we are matching your I-Novae account to the e-mail that was used for pledging no matter what.

To verify your identity, please send us a private message from your Kickstarter or IndieGoGo account, and include your new e-mail address as well as your pledge ID#, and we’ll manually update our records as soon as we can.

The Asteroid backer weekend just ended unfortunately, but you will have the game when early access starts.

Thanks it works now.

Although I think like most others it would be good if in the login username you accepted the email as well as some people may forget the user name they used.
