He never kept his tweets on hold, why doing it now?
Supposedly lawyers had to accept his tweets after the whole “funding secured” of Tesla going private debacle.
But no. He seems serious about quite a few of his tweets:

Interesting. Gladly in this case the car could be stopped anyway … but I see the issue.
