In that thread the question of stat tracking was never answered only put off. (like many things I don’t recall that thread) So it is a lagitament question, Should “we” do it are they going to do it?

Pilot rankings‎

I’d like to include robust stat tracking that we can use for auto-join and team balancing. It’s a bit too early to say exactly what would be tracked and how that data would be used in these calculations but we understand the value of tracking that data to give players the best possible experience. Also many players have an interest themselves in that data so we would certainly make whatever data we were tracking available to the player so they could track their own progress/rankings.

Obviously it’s too early for him to state exactly what form the stat tracking will take, but the intention is clear.

As Keith says, what do you mean? How would “we” track our own stats? The only possibility I can think of is a fan website where people upload their stats after each match, but that’s got as many holes as a colander.
